All contracts must be submitted through our Client Portal or directly to the Legal Affairs Department at legal@flyentertainment.com. Contracts should be clear, complete, and include all relevant terms and conditions.
Our legal team will review submitted contracts within 5-10 business days. Complex contracts may require additional time. We will notify you of the timeline upon submission.
If modifications are needed, our legal team will propose amendments and coordinate with the other party. Clients will be kept informed throughout the negotiation process.
Once all parties agree on terms, contracts will be executed electronically or by physical signature, as appropriate. Fully executed contracts will be available in your Client Portal.
Executed contracts are stored securely in our system and accessible through your Client Portal. Our team tracks contract dates, renewal notices, and compliance requirements.
For contract buyouts or early terminations, submit requests to the Legal Affairs Department. These are evaluated based on contract terms and current circumstances.
Contract disputes are handled through our legal team. We recommend attempting negotiation first, followed by mediation or arbitration as specified in individual contracts.
For questions about contract processing, contact our Legal Affairs Department at legal@flyentertainment.com or +1 (212) 555-0100 ext. 200.
