FLY ENTERTAINMENT provides artist management, talent representation, legal services, and entertainment industry services. Our services are offered to artists, entertainment professionals, and related parties.

Users agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. Users agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of FLY ENTERTAINMENT or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

FLY ENTERTAINMENT is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for services rendered are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements and contracts.

2. Service Fees

Management fees and service charges are non-refundable once services have commenced, except as provided in individual contracts or in cases of non-performance by FLY ENTERTAINMENT.

3. Deposit Refunds

Refunds of deposits are processed within 30 business days of contract termination or completion of services, minus any outstanding expenses or liabilities.

4. Event Cancellation

In the event of event cancellation by the client, refunds will be issued according to the cancellation terms specified in the event agreement.

5. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Legal Affairs Department. Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 14-30 business days.

6. Exceptions

FLY ENTERTAINMENT is not responsible for refunds related to artist cancellations, no-shows, or violations of service agreements.

Contract Processing Policy

1. Contract Submission

All contracts must be submitted through our Client Portal or directly to the Legal Affairs Department at legal@flyentertainment.com. Contracts should be clear, complete, and include all relevant terms and conditions.

2. Review Timeline

Our legal team will review submitted contracts within 5-10 business days. Complex contracts may require additional time. We will notify you of the timeline upon submission.

3. Review Process

  1. Initial Receipt: Confirmation email sent within 24 hours
  2. Legal Review: Thorough analysis of terms and conditions
  3. Preliminary Report: Initial assessment provided to client
  4. Negotiation Support: Assistance with amendments if needed
  5. Final Review: Complete verification before execution
  6. Execution: Contract signed and archived in Client Portal

4. Modifications and Amendments

If modifications are needed, our legal team will propose amendments and coordinate with the other party. Clients will be kept informed throughout the negotiation process.

5. Execution and Delivery

Once all parties agree on terms, contracts will be executed electronically or by physical signature, as appropriate. Fully executed contracts will be available in your Client Portal.

6. Contract Management

Executed contracts are stored securely in our system and accessible through your Client Portal. Our team tracks contract dates, renewal notices, and compliance requirements.

7. Buyout Processing

For contract buyouts or early terminations, submit requests to the Legal Affairs Department. These are evaluated based on contract terms and current circumstances.

8. Dispute Resolution

Contract disputes are handled through our legal team. We recommend attempting negotiation first, followed by mediation or arbitration as specified in individual contracts.
